First see what are the trends around you, what kind of people you are going to deal with, what is you intention on the survey, how you are going to use the survey results.
"How do you use the Social Media"
"What things you expect in a take away restaurant"
"what more you expect from online shopping"
"How do you rate your town hall program"
"what more or what you miss in whatsapp"
"How can you keep your children safe"....
These things came to mind just as I'm writing... Honestly speaking there are no ends for survey topics, as I said earlier your intention matters.
