The Triboelectric Series is a list of materials, showing which have a greater tendency to become positive (+) and which have a greater tendency to become negative (−).

Triboelectric series. : A sequence of substances so arranged that any one of them is positively electrified by rubbing it with any other substance farther on in the list — compare triboelectricity.
