Your answer-》Like human and animals, plants also need some internal energy for its growth. But it does not have any nervous system like we have. So it all depends on the external forces called stimuli. This stimuli is responsible for the movement of the plant parts towards or away from it. This movement is called as Tropic Movement. Depending on the movement it is classified as positive movement and negative movement.
