Hey here is ur answer Tropic movements - movement of a part of a plant either toward the stimulus or away from the stimulus is called tropic movement. Tendril are sensitive to touch of other objects. When a tendril touches a support, the hormone auxine from top of the tendril focuses toward the site of tendril which is away from support. As a result the side of the tendril away from the support grows faster than the side which is in contact with the support. The unequal distribution of auxins cause unequal growth in the tendril and make it to twine around the support. I hope this helps you
