1. two main defects of vision are :-
a. myopia :- it can be corrected by using concave lens.
b. hypermetropia:- it can be corrected by using convex lens

But out of these, first two r the main and imp ones
Myopia can be corrected using a concave lens of suitable power. It will bring the image back on to the retina. This is done by decreasing the level of convergence by human lens
On the other hand hypermetropia is corrected with help of convex lens to increase the converging power.
Draw the last ray diagram in both figures
