There are basically two problems that can be understood from the program board :-

1) In one iteration there are too much work loaded in the process.

2)It leads to a feature  which completely relies on the  single dependency.

Iteration generally means the process of utterance it is basically termed as a loop which occurs again and again.

It is also termed as the new version of computer hardware.

A program board has different functions, however, it is known for its summarizing power.

The board features cross team feature level dependencies via the iterations/sprints so that you can recognize and focus upon the cross-team communications that matters the most.

The board can be used for finding and verification of the planning sessions and the problem to track the delivery progress throughout the program release or increment.
