(1) Personal Pronoun ➡ I, we, she, he, it, you, they are called Personal Pronouns because they stand for the three persons. Example = I am young.
(2) Emphatic pronoun ➡ It will be seen that here Compound Personal Pronouns are used for the sake of emphasis, and are therefore called Emphatic Pronouns. Example = I will do it myself.
(3) Demonstrative Pronoun ➡ It will noticed that the Pronouns in italics are used to point out the objects to which they refer, and are, therefore, called Demonstrative Pronouns. Example = This book is mine.
(4) Indefinite Pronoun ➡ All these Pronouns italics refer to persons or things in a general way, but do not refer to any person or thing in particular. They are, therefore, called Indefinite Pronouns. Example = Some milk was split.
(5) Distributive Pronoun ➡ Each, either, neither are called Distributive Pronouns because they refer to persons or things one at a time. Example = Either of you can go.
(6) Relative Pronoun ➡ It is, however, called a Relative Pronouns because it refers or relates to some noun going before (here, the noun Hari), which is called its Antecedent. Example = I met Hari.
(7) Interrogative Pronoun ➡ They are here used for asking questions, and are, therefore, called Interrogative Pronouns. Example = What do you want?
