Any two vectors are said to be “equal vectors” , when they have same magnitude and same direction.

In all other cases apart the above one case , they are called “unequal vectors.”

So, If two vectors have same magnitude but different directions , they are called unequal vectors.

So, when these unequal vectors have opposite directions , they will be cancelled out.

Yes , two unequal vectors can have zero resultant.
