There are two types of hydrocarbons

● Saturated hydrocarbon - The elements which form single bond call saturated hydrocarbons and also called as " alkane ".

●Unsaturated hydrocarbons - The elements which form double and tripple bond is called unsaturated hydrocarbon.

• Alkene known as double bond elements

• Alkyne known as tripple bond elements.
