Vacoules are the storage sacs found in a cell. These vacoules stores various substances which are essential for the growth of plant and animal cells. They can even store waste products so the rest of the cell is protected from contamination.

Vacuoles are storage space or vesicle within the cytoplasm of a cell, enclosed by a membrane and typically containing fluid. This fluid contains diluted sugars and salts. It provides necessary material, stores waste and provides support to the plant.
