Democracy is the most common form of government where the ultimate power rests with people. On behalf of people, elected representatives govern a democratic nation. But, there are many challenges faced by democracy.
• Corruption prevails in democracy.
• Many of the elected representatives don't have the skill to realize the needs of people & thus makes bad decisions.
• Group discussions in democracy results in delay of results.
• Political power-play is another challenge faced by democracy.
• People aren't aware of what's happening in every government offices.
