FLUIDISED BED COMBUSTION It is a new technique to reduce the emission of sulphur di-oxide and oxides of nitrogen. In the Fluidised bed system, lime stone or dolomite is used as bed material. The lime stone reacts with so2 in flue gases from the bottom of the bed.
