# once the constituent CSR decided the next step is to decide who can and who cannot vote this decision cannot be left to anyone till the last day. in a democratic election the list of those who are eligible to vote is prepared much before the election and given to everyone. this list is officially in called the electoral roll and is commonly known as the voters list.

# in order to have election process more democratic there a few period sites like;

2) Election Commissioner text decision on every aspect of conducting and controlling elections from the time of declaration of elections to the announcement of results.
3) during the period of elections Election Commission can order the government to follow its guidelines on matters including transfer of government officials.
4) during election Election Commissioner discharges duty to government officials. thus on election duty government officers work under the control of election commission.
5) in the present political scenario the election commission has expanded its power. Now the election commission reprimand the government and administration for their lapses.it can even order for repoll.
# 1) during the election candidates of the ruling party sometimes misuse the government facilities and machinery. this should be avoided.
2) sometimes in order to win an election candidates and parties use a lot of money and muscle power which is harmful for free and fair election.
3) to manipulate the elections the ruling party tries to include false name by excluding genuine names in the voters list.
4) very often leaders of different political parties put on allegations against one another which in turn leads to mutual conflict.
5) sometimes in order to win election political leaders you started tricks and illegal methods which are harmful for the successful working of democracy.
