What are weekly/monthly non-working days in a wholesale market? Please help.​

Non-working Day means Saturday, Sunday, a recognized holiday or a rest day. Non-working Day means, in respect of any Unit in any Season, any Day identified as such in the then prevailing Annual Operating Plan.
