if she consider u her friend then what do u want more than this , this is enough that she consider u friend not enemy.

If she say that she is ur friend then don't break the friendship always stay beside her just like her true friend
And if u want to propose her then first u have to be her first best friend and help her in her work give her solutions in her problem and make her realize that you don't care if anybody stands beside her or not but u would always be her strength .
