it just a bollywood movie nothing else for me.
if so want to spread message about the pad so why not he start a women community where all can buy.

Why indian government increase tax on PAD ?
Is this all for money ?

Women can effort PAD because of GST on PAD.
Condom are just 80-100 Rupee
but PAD 120-300 rupees now you see big difference.
