According to me the condition of women is lot more better than it was before.
Women are respected and treated equally.
They have all rights.
Women can work in any jobs and there is no comparison in the salary of women.

However if we see the condition of some other countries.. Like for example Saudi Arabia
There is still discrimination and not all women are treated equally.
