New Year resolution is a western tradition where a person promises to alter his undesired behaviour or trait to achieve something unique.

This year I was planning to take a unique resolution that I had thought to take long ago.

We all know that health is another name of wealth and this year, I have taken the resolution of doing yoga sacrificing my sleep in the early morning.
