• Diffusion is the movement of the molecules from a region of high concentration to a region of  lower   concentration.
• The observation to be made is that the molecules will spread from a highly concentrated region to lowly concentrated region, for instance if th potassium termagant is dropped in a beaker containing water  its color will spread in the whole beaker gradually through diffusion.
