2. The government should install SEWS (Standard Emergency Warning Signal) that provides signals at least 12 hours before the cyclone.
3. The government should also build homes according to cyclone standards.
4. The school leaders can give people tips to survive in such conditions such as to find the strongest shelter nearby, use secure boats and use quality materials for house building.
