 {x}^{2}   + x - 3x - 3 = 0
x(x + 1) - 3(x + 1) = 0
(x + 1)(x - 3) = 0
x =  - 1 \: or \: x = 3
so they are the zeroes for given polynomial

darkftost17: Thanks a lot

 {x}^{2}  - 2x - 3 = 0 \\  {x}^{2}  - 3x + x - 3 = 0 \\ x(x -3 ) + 1(x - 3)  = 0\\ (x + 1)(x - 3) = 0 \\ x + 1 = 0 \\ x =  - 1 \\ and \\ x -3  = 0 \\ x = 3
