Franklin D Roosevelt made the speech of "Four Freedoms" speech in 1941 i.e during the Second World War. The arguments made by him in this expert are :

He is telling the people of United States that maintaining a neutral and isolationist policy during this war would not protect them. The four freedoms mentioned in the speech would not be safe guarded. Germany and others Axis powers would rise which may lead to fall of US.
