The person must be kind to others and treat well. He/She must be honest with All and Help the peoples who need help. The person should be punctual and disciplined to Do his Work Honestly. He must love his country and culture, heritage, tradition etc.. He should follow the law and obey the Constitution. The person should be a Optimist and talks like a leader. And should always speak truth in any Condition. And Respect each and Everyone of the County. He should never cheat anyone in his life. The person be like a real Leader.
