i) Bank should provide loans at low interest rate to the poor people so that they could easily start their own business and can earn a living .

ii) Government should provide a standard training to the people in village in various small crafts

iii) Government should also invest more in non farming infrastructure.

iv) Industries should be put up in rural areas..
