Apart from precipitation, the groundwater recharge sources include surface water bodies and the sources located in the subsurface of an urban area such as water supply network, leaking drainage pipes and septic tanks.

Answer:

we can educate people about how to harvest rain water.

Explanation:

From the harvested water we can use it for houshold works, watering plants, washing cars, etc. By doing this we will also pump out less Underground water and we can also recharge a little bit of water. There are many small ponds and lakes in urban areas we can cover their large area with either sheet of cloth or solar panels. By covering it with solar we are also generating electricity. This will help to reduce the water evaporation from the water source and will eventually also recharge group water.... PLS UPVOTE MY ANSWER .. AND LIKE IT .... THANKS
