What can be some development goals for a village plzzz tell me the answer plzzz help me out

sanitation, security, increased or sufficient income to all, freedom, public facilities like - toilets, buses, electricity, clean and sufficient water, schools , hospitals, shops etc.....

in an village the development goals should be developed by the village panchayats.the banking is compulsory as the money lenders spoil the village,sanitation,hospital facilities,transport facilities etc
