Solution:

24/7  =  3.42857  ( Bar on 42857 )

24/7  = 3.\overline{42857}

There are 5 Digits 42857 repeating

5n + 1  th Digit  = 4

5n + 2 nd Digit  = 2

5n + 3rd Digit = 8

5n  + 4th Digit = 5

5n      Digit = 7

1307  = 1305 + 2

= 5 (261)  + 2

5n + 2 nd Digit  = 2

Hence 1307th digit   will be 2  (after decimal) in the expansion of the number 24/7
