If a diver don't wear special suits then due to the very high pressure of the water currents his body may become smashed that is his body is likely to be squeezed by the current. This high pressure is due to the depth of the region where he is swimming. Pressure is directly proportional to the depth of the water body that is if depth increases pressure also increases.

He may feel dizzy or may even start vomiting blood inside the water surface.
