What can each one of us do to avert global warming and climate change and protect the natural environment?

Environment has provided us with many resources.We need to use them properly and in an appropriate manner.But we are misusing the resources provided by nature.We need to plant trees I.e afforestation.We need to pass strict laws and take severe actions on people who are cutting these trees.We need to use cycle or go by walk to near places.We need to invent things which mostly work on solar and not on Fossil fuels like petrol,diesel etc..We need to implement old methods of transportation mostly and in a technological way.We need to try to give something back to the environment.So by these methods we can reduce global warming and all..
