What can happen to fast gas molecules above 600 miles in altitude?

600 miles is a great height, therefore gas molecules freeze.

This question seems complex but i think a fast gass molecule is just like any other molecule of a gass and by my estimation six hundred miles high is such a great hight and going by geographical information is that free gases in the atmosphere exist upto a certain height .

Gases like oxygen exists only on the lower part of the atmoshere ,this means the other parts of the atmosphere is a vaccume hence no gases .maybe condensation is a process in this area of the atmosphere
