Cleanliness is a good habit that everyone should have for clean environment and ideal lifestyles. Our Prime Minister has started a cleanliness campaign called "Clean India" or "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan 2013". We should understand that this is not only the work of our Prime Minister, but it is the responsibility of every person living in the society. We should take part in this campaign for the healthy life of all of us.

It should be started from homes, schools, colleges, communities, offices, institutions so that there is a clean India revolution in the country at large scale. We need to keep ourselves, home, our surroundings, society, community, city, garden and environment etc. clean everyday. We all should understand the goal of cleanliness, importance and need and apply it in our daily lives. In many schools, hygiene is promoted among children in schools such as cleaning of school premises, cleaning of classroom, cleaning lab, making posters on cleanliness, separation of dirt, writing essay, painting on cleanliness, reading poetry, Group discussion, documentary videos etc.

When we think of a clean India what image do you imagine ?

Clean clear roads , civilized people , no one throws a single garbage in road ?

Do you know 70% of the garbage what we see around our surroundings are because of this so called civilization . We have a large amount of garbages include unwanted , non - biodegradable plastic bottles which take around millions and billions of years to decompose with soil . Second reason why we have a stingy surrounding is because there is not much arrangements for drainage system . I India we have overground drainage system and people take an advantage of this by throughout plastic bottles , chips and lays packets in India . Now we have another problem called "unsafe drinking water" 75% poor families consume dirty water of pools and fall ill . This vast majority of unclean water is seen because of not proper drainage system . So what we can do ? Make well planed clean drainage waste disposal . Easy right ?

Do you remember u or anyone from your family cleaning toiled seat with acids such as harpic . Aah! Nice advertisement on clean India only right ? What do you think the water used in making your food is newly generated ? Well I used to think same , but it was a filthy experience when I come to find that the water we are drinking today is actually what we have excreted and made it Dirty by adding acid . Not a nice experience right ? But thanks to our natural purification method that we have already got . That is precipitation and condensation . But what is again happening ? Acid rain . And what do some taboos think "blood rain" . Why it happens ? Actually our nature is crying with tears of blood because we have tortured is so much .

Scientifically acid rain happens because of increased amount of Sulfur Dioxide,, Nitrogen Oxides. . This is released by our factories and industries . So should we stop all industry and ruin our economy ? Absolutely not , industries has to run and it will keep running but atleast we should stop making as less garbage and waste materials that is possible .
