Everyone should start following the RULES which are made by our government for keeping the environment clean - The most basic and efficient way to make India clean.

We Indians have tendency to do exactly opposite to what is being said us to do, in simple words we just think that rules are made to broken and as a result of that we are legging behind.

Stop littering
We should start with the small initiatives, we always blame for not having the dustbins in the streets and throw wrappers or garbage on the road instead we should keep it with us and find a dustbin and then throw it.

Take initiatives 
For making our locality clean we should arrange awareness campaign and with society funds and contribution from everyone we should keep dustbins separately for paper waste, plastic waste and liquid waste, that is waste management.

Fine for littering is not a good solution in India I guess, because many people here have mindset like- okay we will pay for fine (since money is not important for many but their habits do) its okay to litter.

Since our government is putting all possible efforts for making our country clean, we just need to follow them and contribute as much as possible.
