everyone thinks that having stress is bad.. but stress is also very necessary. but at a limit. very low stress can lead to bad performance same as very high stress.
here I'm giving you some tips to manage and reduce stress :-
⏺take break after working (studying or whatever you are doing) 90-120 minutes. but it shouldn't be more than 30 minutes.
⏺no need to compete with others, first compete with yourself. have a self talk and decide what's your next target or goal. don't compete or compare with others.
⏺no need to come 1st. if didn't come 1st at anything then don't be sad. no one is perfect and everyone is best at something. you'll be 1st at that thing always.
⏺have a proper sleep. it's necessary to have a proper sleep. sleep at least 6 hours continuously during night.
⏺set your time. if your concentration level is good at night, then work at night. work or study more at that time when you think your concentration level is best.
⏺have goals.. and follow them regularly. if today you are waking up at 5 o clock, then tomorrow also you must wake up at the same time. don't unfollow them.
⏺go out and play. physical exercise is also very necessary. you must play outdoors at least 30-60 minutes daily. it will refresh your mind and will help you to reduce stress.
⏺have a deep breath. breath deeply 4-5 times if you are having too much stress. it can reduce stress 15%-20% immediately.
⏺too much stress?? do what your hobby is.. it can reduce your stress.
⏺if you are working on something, then don't think about any other thing. focus only on one thing at a time.
hope these tips will help you to reduce stress. but always remember that if you don't have any stress, then you're not alive. if you have stress, then your performance will be better. if stress is less, then you'll only think.. you won't work.
