democracy :public have the power to choose their leader or government which have to make law in favour of public. public has all the rights especially to live free and express their views and thoughts. just like in Bolivia which is a poor country, public express their thought and anger about the high water bills when MNC take over the control of water supply from MCD and increases the prices 4 times. At last government agree with the public and give the control of water supply back to MCD.
