what can you do as a teacher to ensure that students retention in school?

being a teacher we can do the following things to ensure students retention in school:-
teachers should be active and entertaining
a teacher should be a good performer so that students get attracted to listen to them.
teachers should tell stories and give more and more examples to students so that students do not find studies as burden.

As a teacher, we must have the following qualities as to fulfill the students and school authorities as well:
1. A teacher should be very punctual all the time.
2. His/Her dresses should be positive and tidy.
3. We must not talk negative feedbacks of the school.
4. Never hurt the students in giving a punishment.
5. Don't give homeworks and class test portions too much which will give heavy task to students.
6. Interack with students with a positive and interesting topics.
