To raise the awareness of the importance of long term eco logical sustainability and environment movement every year 22nd April is celebrated as an international earth day since 1970. Day by day pollution is increasing due to many reasons. This increasing pollution leads to the global warming. And global warming leads to the end of the Earth. So, Let promise on this earth day to save earth. In the day to day life we have to take care of small things and can contribute to save other mother earth. 1. Plant a Tree: Due to the increasing population and rising in the requirements of resources day by day abundant amount of trees are cutting. So the amount of carbon dioxide is increasing in the atmosphere. That causes the environment pollution. So we have to plant more and more trees and make environment fresh. 2. Save Water: We all know that the water is a primary need for the life. So, we have to change our habit of unnecessary use of water. 3. Use paper Wisely: Reducing the unwanted use of paper should be necessary. Papers are made up of the trees. So if we use paper wisely than indirectly we can contribute to save the trees. We should use both sides of paper and we can store them for other productive purpose. We should use the online bill paying system. That is also helping us to save the paper. 4. Save the Electricity: We have to use the electricity in the proper way. The easy way to save energy is to switch off the extra lights and we can use the florescent or LED bulbs. 5. Use Renewable Energy Fuel: In this new era, use of fossil fuel is increasing. These fossil fuel releases the carbon dioxide or other green house gases. This is the main reason for the pollution. So, we have to use renewable energy sources like solar energy, wind energy, biomass energy or white coal, geo thermal energy, tidal energy etc. 6. Recycle the Waste: Day by day huge amount of plastic waste, biomass waste, glass waste etc are produced. This waste is creating the pollution either it is land pollution, air pollution or water pollution. So, it is necessary to manage this waste such that we can reduce the pollution. We have to recycle this plastic waste and use it into making some other plastic product. Same way we have to recycle the glass product and use it into some other product. The biomass waste can also be recycling into some best product. The biomass waste can be converted into the gold by making briquettes or white coal from that waste through the briquettes machine. This Briquettes or white coal does not pollute the environment. 7. Ban the Use of Plastic Bag: As we all know plastic is non degradable. So, it is harmful to our environment as it is the prime cause to the landfill. To recycle the plastic extra energy is required. So, it is better to avoid the unnecessary use of plastic bag. So let’s promise to our self to save earth on this Earth Day.
