When ast drop off solution remain in the jet/nozzle of the pipette, then the following thing can be done -

• At first strongly hold and cover the opposite end of the pipet with the thumb. The main motive here is to stop the air flow from this opposite end.

• Then rub your left palm in some cloth to make it a little hot.

• Then genty squeeze the bulb of the pipette with your warm left palm.

• Then, the water drop will be released from the pipette.

• This happens, because the air inside the pipette gets hot when we squeeze the bulb with our left palm.

• And the volume of the internal air gets increased and tries to exit from the pipette through the open nozzle. In this process the liquid gets a push by the air and makes a way out from the pipette.
