a) Since slope in first case is constant and slope of displacement-time graph is velocity so it is showing that the body is moving with CONSTANT velocity in a straight line.
b) Slope of velocity-time graph shows acceleration and the slope of given graph is constant so it means the body is moving with increasing velocity and with CONSTANT acceleration.
