The motion of a body of its distance graph is a straight line parallel to time axis then, motion will be of stationary.

distance time graph --> slope gives us velocity
as it is a straight line parallel to time Axis
=> the body has the same distance for different time
=> we can also say that slope =tan(theta)=tan(0)= 0
=> velocity=0 =distance/time
=> the body is at REST
hope it helps you...
