The molecules of gaseous state have high kinetic energy. They have very less amount of force of attraction between the particles as compared to solids but enough to not allow them to move.

Your answer=

Particles in liquid ,being bounded by intermolecular forces of attraction, are not so free to move.

pls mark as brainliest if it helps
