What can you see ? (long rows of rectangular cells in the unstained onion peel)

If not seen under a microscope then we cannot see any structure of the cell inside the onion but if still it is unstrained and we examine it under a microscope then we can see the faint structure of the cell i.e. the nucleus and the cytoplasm of the plant cell
