The Cause of French revolution is that :-
The French People were badly hit by the depression and poor farmers who belong to third estate had to face lot of difficulties but the french monarchy or the first estate people implemented laws to increase the revenue tax.
Since the first and second estate people were enjoying without tax and third estate people were burden by the huge tax , they wanted to fight against the monarchy.
This led to the French revolution in 1789.
