Answer:

as we are running so our cells are regularly working thus we need energy and our cells gain ATP energy through aerobic respiration but when we are running and cell did not get proper oxygen to fulfill the demand they start and anaerobic respiration and the biproduct of anaerobic respiration is lactic acid so it get accumulated in our muscles and it get start paining thus called cramps
