what causes food poisoning

Food poisoning caused by bacterias, viruses, parasites, molds, toxins, allergents. Because when food kept outside freely, it oxidized to rancid. Oxidized means when food come interact with oxygen it spoils.

Well, most cases of food poisoning occur when the food or water that is being consumed contains bacteria or bacterial toxins (substances produced by the bacteria), parasites or viruses. Btw, food poisoning can also occur when non-infectious poisons (such as poisonous mushrooms) or heavy metals (such as lead or mercury) is a part of your food.
