what causes scrambling of senses? why? how? (The reason why I asked this is - I have seen these sentences used in Hollywood film, a bomb thrown in to the group of people and they got absurd vision I mean blurred vision like that.
I didn't understood that how it gonna be happened, so I asked this. Can you help me, Iam also searching about this. (^_-)

When a bomb explodes various changes occur, which results in the scrambling of senses.
Explosion of bomb causes an over pressure which results in highly compressed air particles that travel faster than sound. This is the blast wave which causes most of the damage. When this reaches a person or thing, it damages it and creates the shock waves. The shock wave waves passes through the person with high energy which disrupts body function. This may cause scrambling of senses.
The blast creates excess amount of light, heat and sound, which also causes blurring of vision.
