what change in colour is observed when copper sulphate is heated? is it a chemical change or physical change?

copper sulphate is heated strongly it changes into white coloured anhydrous copper sulphate and when water is added again to it then it is again changes to blue colour copper sulphate..
it is a reversible chemical change..
