Changes seen in girls at the time of puberty are :
1. The voice becomes shrill and high pitched.
2. The pelvic area widens.
3. The mammary glands ( breasts ) start to develop.
4. The colour of the nipples on breasts darkens.
5. The sex organs like vagina and uterus develop.
6. The Girl starts menstruating ( release of blood and lining of uterus from the vaginal opening)
7. Hair grows in the armpits and the pubic area (around her genitals)
