• A widespread of education can be seen in villages. Establishment of small schools and various government schemes and courageous the child education specially the girl education in village. However there is sharp increase in the ratio of educated youth among villages since past many years.

• A widespread of technology in every corner of the village can be seen nowadays even a small farmer carries his personal mobile phone while people also use various machineries for industrial purposes which consumes their time a lot and labour too.

• Mode of transportation also improved in past years now many villages can be seen well connected with the roads in the town which reduce the communication and trade barriers between towns and villages and now goods can be easily imported and exported to the places far away.

• Change in thinking and lifestyle of people also lead to the massive growth and development. Social evils like child marriage and dowary are almost abolished. Moreover caste based discrimination and racial discrimination has also reduced significantly.

• In recent year and increase in the employment opportunity can also been seen in villages.

• Establishment of hospitals , schools , post offices played an important role in growth and development of village areas is not only increase employment opportunities but also reduce the dependence of people living in rural areas on towns and cities it also help them to save their money.
