hi i am aarya your answer is here

First leaves start appearing around April 10-15, and pretty much all of the trees are fully leafed out by early May. Despite the record warm March last year, there were still no leaves on the trees till mid April. However bushes and flowers came in around March 20, which is 4 weeks or so earlier than normal. So far this year there are only small buds on the flowers and the tree buds haven't developed yet due to the cold. We probably won't get flowers till mid or even late April and leaves probably the last couple days of April. I remember in 2010 we had a record heat wave in the first week of April and most trees were leafed out by April 8!

hope I help you
