The rainy season or monsoon season, is the time of year when most of a region's average annual rainfall occurs. It usually lasts one or more months. The term "green season" also sometime used as a euphemism by tourist authorities. Areas with wet seasons are dispersed across portion of the tropics and subtropics.

Answer:

  • The rainy season is the season of rejuvenation.
  • The environment gets filled with the fragrance of mud and clay.
  • Greenery can be seen in abundance.
  • Though the sky looks gloomy, cold winds blow and give respite to the preceding hot climate.
